Shipping & Delivery
A quote for each destination
Shipping is additional to the artwork price. Include the work, destination country and postal code in your enquiry. The quote depends on the size, packaging and insured value.
Packing and transport
The quote specifies the proposed packaging, tracking, delivery and insurance arrangements. International shipping options, including to the United States, are checked for each destination before an order is accepted.
Timing
Production time and the shipping estimate are provided after checking with the laboratory and carrier. A print proof may be required. No fixed delivery date is promised before these checks.
Full cost
The artwork price, shipping and applicable import taxes or formalities are specified in the offer and sale terms before payment. Any amount payable on arrival must be identified in that offer.
On arrival
Check the packaging and artwork on arrival. If damage is found, keep the packaging, photograph the parcel and artwork, and contact Anna Khann through the website form to arrange the next steps.
